Once approved, you will be able to start driving immediately by turning your Drover app to "Drive Mode" -- within the same app you use to request Drovers also. Wait a moment, and you will be paired by someone who needs a ride nearby. Enjoy your new fun, safe rideshare job in Nashville.
Drive within the comfort of your own car. We ask that Drovers have water and mints ready for their riders to promote the best experience for both rider and driver.
Drovers earn 70% of the fare. Access your earnings as soon as you're done driving for the day!

70/28/2 competitive pay: Driver earns 70% of fare and company receives 28%*... 2% of all fares are donated to charities. Plus, new drivers get a sign-up bonus.
Driver Interviews
To ensure the highest quality drivers, every prospective Drover will need to complete an in-person interview with local Drover management.
*70/28/2 split and Charities
Drover will donate 2% of every single ride fare (24/7) to Tennessee-based charities chosen by the Drover (driver) every month. A list of 20 local and Tennessee based charities will be sent out every month for the driver to choose from. Plus, the 2% will come from Drover's split of every fare -- so all drivers will still get a full 70% split of fares. Consider it like a 70/28/2 split, where drivers get 70%, Drover gets 28%, and charities get 2%. See [Drive for Charity] for more info.

Drover Daily Pay
Through our Drover Daily feature, Drovers (drivers) will be able to transfer their earnings to their bank account on the same day they drive!
Drover Daily will be available to drivers for a small transaction fee and for transfers of $100 or more. Otherwise, funds will be deposited in drivers' accounts on a weekly basis,

At the end of each ride the driver & rider will both have the opportunity to rate their experience from 1 to 5 green stars. Comments per ride are optional for both the rider & driver but encouraged. At a rating of less than 2 green stars, feedback is required. 2 stars or less also guarantees the driver and rider will never be paired together again.
Additionally, riders will be given the ability to tip their Drovers (drivers) after a great ride! Feedback feature is available on every ride to ensure driver and rider quality assurance and safety.

Drug & Alcohol Zero Tolerance Policy
Drover Rideshare has a zero tolerance policy for drugs and alcohol. Any positive test or provable instance of a driver accepting rides while under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or any inhibiting substance will result in the immediate removal of that driver from the Drover Rideshare system and a ban on applying in future.
